1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Lethovate Inc, a Colorado corporation doing business as Lethovate Systems ("Lethovate", "we"), operates this website. These terms cover the website only.

Korblok is in active development and is not generally available. The screens shown on this site are design mockups.

Early access is by application through the contact form. These terms do not cover use of Korblok. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price.

2. Using the site

You may view the site, link to it and contact us through it.

You may not scrape it at volume, probe the contact form for weaknesses, misrepresent who you are, or interfere with the site.

3. Content and marks

The Lethovate and Korblok names, the hypercube mark, and the figures and text on this site belong to Lethovate.

You may quote short passages with attribution. We grant no other license.

4. Forward-looking statements

When this site describes what Korblok will do, it describes work in progress. Those descriptions may change. Do not rely on them as a commitment.

5. No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available.

To the extent the law allows, Lethovate disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Your operations are yours

Lethovate does not perform or supervise field work.

You are responsible for your own operations, your workmanship, your compliance obligations and your relationships with your customers.

Nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lethovate's total liability for claims arising from this site is capped at the greater of two amounts. The first is what you paid Lethovate in the twelve months before the claim. The second is one hundred US dollars.

To the same extent, Lethovate is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.

8. Governing law and venue

The laws of the State of Colorado govern these terms.

Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. Both sides consent to that venue.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.
