1. Scope

Lethovate Inc, a Colorado corporation doing business as Lethovate Systems ("Lethovate", "we"), operates this website. This policy covers this website.

This policy does not cover records a business keeps in Korblok.

2. What we collect

From the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, your email address, your company, your crew size if you choose to give it, and your message.

From any visit, the web server records your IP address, your browser type, the pages you request and the time. We collect nothing else.

We set no cookies. We run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

3. Where it goes

The site is hosted by Vercel.

The contact form is delivered by a function that runs on Google Cloud. The function sends your message to us as an email through Resend.

The email arrives in our inbox, which Microsoft hosts.

Fonts load from Google Fonts. Your browser sends a request to Google when a page loads.

Vercel and Google Cloud keep ordinary request logs. Each provider handles what it receives under its own policy.

4. How we use it

We use it to answer you, to arrange an early access conversation and to run the site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Keeping and deleting it

Your submission arrives as an email in our inbox. You can ask us to delete it.

6. Your choices

Email privacy@lethovate.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask a question.

7. Business audience

This site and Korblok are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.
