Four digits find the caller.
Search by part of a phone number, a house number and street, a name or a job number. One screen shows who is calling, what they owe, the equipment at their address and their next visit. Their problem becomes a draft job, with their own words as the first note.
Korblok is in active development. The screens on this page are design mockups rather than finished software.
The job opens with no signal.
Each technician's phone holds their open jobs, and every one opens with no signal. Offline, a tap on the job stays on the phone and shows at once. Every screen shows how many taps have not reached the office. When signal returns, each tap reaches the office once.
Prices change on the date you set.
The price sheet shows each item's price today, any scheduled change and the cost you last paid. A mark flags each price whose cost rose after you set it. Items with no price sort to the top. Select the items a supplier increase touched and raise them by a percent from Monday, at every quantity tier.

Drop in the bank export. Confirm the matches.
Every row arrives judged: matched, needs a look, already recorded or could not be read. Nothing records until a person confirms. One tap records every matched row. Korblok skips any payment it already recorded, so an overlapping export posts nothing twice.

Current status
We are taking on early access teams now.
Korblok is in active development. We are inviting field service companies, contractors and fleet operations to help refine the product. If you are tired of spreadsheets and disconnected tools, let us talk.
Common questions
What is Korblok?
Korblok is operations software from Lethovate Systems. It helps field service companies, contractors, fleet operations, and manufacturers track inventory, cost jobs accurately, and maintain reliable records.
Who is it for?
Teams that do contract work on client sites, whether the job is a four-hour repair or a six-month fit-out: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, millwright, fabrication, fire protection, fleet maintenance, and equipment rental. If parts, hours, and subcontractors have to land on the right job, Korblok fits.
What if my trade is not on the list?
The list is ten examples, not a boundary. Every one of those businesses runs on the same mechanics: parts move, hours go on jobs, subcontractors get paid, equipment sits somewhere, and the money has to land on the right job. That is what Korblok is built on — and it is why the list can grow. Your cost categories, job types, and naming are yours to set up, and the ledger does not care what trade the parts serve.
Is Korblok available now?
No. It is in active development and not generally available. We are taking on a small number of early access teams who want to shape what it becomes, which means the product will have gaps and you will have a say in which ones close first.
What will it cost?
Pricing is not published yet. We would rather work that out with the first teams running real jobs on it than guess at a number now. Early access teams will know the price before they are ever asked to pay it.
Who owns the data, and can I get it out?
You own it. It is your operational record, not ours. Export is a permanent property of the platform and cannot be withdrawn, downgraded, or moved behind a higher tier. Your inventory, jobs and full history come out whenever you want them, for as long as the account exists and after it closes.
What does it replace?
Usually a spreadsheet for inventory, a second one for job costing, and a shared drive of paperwork. Korblok holds the three in one record so a count, a job, and a cost stay connected.
